Our garden houses are manufactured from dried sawn softwood (pine, spruce) with an extended life provided by water-resistant adhesives. In terms of design, the garden house is a set of wall panels, assembled with the use of special corner connections. The garden houses are prefabricated without protective coating, and are shipped disassembled as separate pack units on pallets wrapped with black protective polyethylene film. Assembly is performed on site by the customer by following the instructions in the manual provided. Assembly requires just a basic set of tools. Accessories are separately packed and included in pack units.

The houses are ready for assembly and installation. The set contains boards for flooring and ceiling; windows and doors; and accessories. The houses are not painted, and are not equipped with a drainage system and roofing. A foundation is not required, but it is necessary to install the house on a moisture-resistant, solid flat surface (an area covered with gravel, for example). The house can also be installed on metal screw piles.

The windows and doors are also made of sawn softwood (pine and spruce). The thickness of the window sash and of the door panel is 4.4 cm. The windows come complete with locks, lock strikers, hinges and handles. The doors come complete with locks, lock strikers, flush bolts, hinges and handles. The doors and windows are not painted.

Summer houses such as these are suitable for many different purposes, for example providing extra storage, a family room, an office, and so on.
